Returns

We accept returns for unused and unworn items that are free from damage or signs of wear, within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after approval.

Please note:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they are still in pending status and have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted depending on stock availability.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

All exchange requests are subject to prior confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 30 days.

For cancelled orders that have not yet been shipped, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unclaimed Orders & Pickup Point Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is redirected to a pickup point according to the carrier’s procedures, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order.

If the order is not collected and is returned to us, we are not responsible for failed delivery due to non-collection.

In such cases, we are not obligated to reship the order or issue a refund until the item is returned to us in its original condition.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order, including street name, house or apartment number, postcode, city, and country.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Incorrect address information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or return of the parcel by the carrier.
